Very Large Dish by Nils Thorsson for Aluminia.  Fully marked to Base with Nils Thorsson chop.

Diameter 13.5in (34cm).  Part of the BACA series created by Thorsson from 1964 on.  The decoration is based on silk screen printing techniques and the ceramic pigments contain Vanadin, which results in a reaction during firing and gives the final product an individual character.
